Hi, I’m Chef Montana – though friends just call me Yurii.
My culinary journey began when I was 17, and it was love at first sight.
Over the years, I’ve cooked my way through four different countries and worked in more than ten restaurants — starting as a line cook and growing through every station in the kitchen. From breaking down meats and seafood to mastering handmade pasta, emulsified sauces, and the foundations of classic French cuisine — I’ve touched every flavor and technique.
But my heart belongs to the Mediterranean. It’s where my passion truly shines. I’ve also explored the bold spices and vibrant energy of Pan-Asian cooking, which keeps my menus exciting and full of life.

A standard package includes six diverse dishes, and the menu can always be customized to fit your preferences.

Private Fine Dining (Plated, Multi-Course Service)
Enjoy a restaurant-quality experience at home with beautifully plated, course-by-course service by your private chef. Ideal for weddings, romantic dinners, family celebrations, or intimate events (up to 20 guests). A standard four-course menu includes an appetizer, salad, main course, and dessert or celebration cake.
